Amaka Passion is currently seeking a House Manager to join our services in the Philadelphia location.

Position Overview

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Under the guidance of the Coordinator, the House Supervisor will provide for the safety and well-being of the client within the home and facilitate community involvement/interaction in cooperation with the client.

• Responsibility to the client includes the provision of a framework for enjoyable care and support experience in a family setting.

• Facilitate implementation of general and specific household and individual routine/programming while serving as a positive role model for the resident population as well as Residential Program Workers.
